Low-Interest, Flexible-Term TOBB Nefes Loan Program Launches for Nazilli Chamber of Commerce Members

New Financing Program Expected to Significantly Ease Businesses’ Long-Standing Access to Credit

The Nazilli Chamber of Commerce (NTO) has announced the launch of the new TOBB Nefes Loan Program, a financing initiative designed to provide affordable credit to businesses registered with chambers of commerce and commodity exchanges affiliated with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB).

In a statement, NTO Chairman Nuri Arslan said that the long-standing efforts to improve access to finance for Chamber members had finally produced results.

“For many years, we have consistently raised the financing challenges faced by our members on every platform. I am pleased to announce that the work initiated by TOBB to address this issue has now been completed. Beginning Monday, our members will be able to apply for the TOBB Nefes Loan Program through participating banks.”

Exclusive Financing Opportunity for TOBB Members

Chairman Arslan emphasized that the loan program is available exclusively to businesses registered with TOBB-affiliated chambers and commodity exchanges and offers significant financial advantages for the business community.

He also reiterated the Chamber’s long-standing position regarding access to affordable financing.

“We have consistently argued that it is unfair for Chamber of Commerce members to be excluded from the low-interest Artisan Credit Guarantee Loan Program. Although this financing is funded through public resources provided by Halkbank, it is available only to businesses registered with artisans’ chambers because of their legal status.

We believe businesses operating in the same sectors and under similar conditions should enjoy equal access to affordable financing.

I am pleased that our long-standing efforts have received a positive response. I believe the new TOBB Nefes Loan Program, introduced under the leadership of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, will provide an important step toward addressing this issue.”

Applications Begin on 8 June 2026

Applications for the new TOBB Nefes Loan Program will officially begin on Monday, 8 June 2026.

The financing package has been developed through the cooperation of TOBB, the Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF), and participating banks.

Loan Conditions

• Annual interest rate of 36% for loans with maturities of up to 24 months.
• Annual interest rate of 34% for loans with maturities exceeding 24 months.
• Repayment terms of up to 48 months, including a six-month principal grace period.
• Maximum loan amount of TRY 3 million per company.

The first phase of the program will make TRY 25 billion available to eligible businesses. With additional funding expected later in the year, the total loan volume is projected to reach TRY 100 billion.

All members registered with the Nazilli Chamber of Commerce will be eligible to apply for the program.

The TOBB Nefes Loan Program has been established to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with financing under favorable conditions, enabling businesses to strengthen their cash flow, continue investing, and contribute to economic growth.
