Junior Turkish Weightlifting Championships Held in Kuyucak

“Junior Turkish Weightlifting Championships”, which is included in the activity program of the Turkish Weightlifting Federation, was held in Kuyucak.

The opening of the championship, which started with the participation of 163 athletes from 33 provinces across Turkey, was attended by Aydın Deputy Governor Dr. Mehmet Gödekmerdan, AK Party Aydın Deputy Rıza Posacı, Aydın Youth and Sports Provincial Director Cenap Fillikçioğlu, Turkish Weightlifting Federation President Talat Ünlü, Kuyucak Mayor Metin Ertürk, Kuyucak District Governor Fehmi Sinan Niyazi, Nazilli District Governor Sedat Sırrı Arısoy, Nazilli Mayor Kürşat Engin Özcan , Nazilli Chamber of Commerce President Nuri Arslan, Federation Vice Presidents Yasin Arslan and Taner Sağır attended.

After the opening ceremony, the medals of the athletes who ranked in the first day of the Championship were given by the members of the protocol, including Nazilli Chamber of Commerce President Nuri Arslan. A plaque was presented to the protocol members by Talat Ünlü for their support in weightlifting.
